Us&Co provide a private office, dedicated desk or a hot desk in trendy refined space with state of the art digital infrastructure across 8 floors with a stylish copper bar with outdoor terrace and benefits from stunning views over the Thames, great for informal meetings and events.

During the fit-out, the Centre Manager, Warren Lewis, gave us very clear instructions on what they were looking to add to their offering: instant boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water through one tap, giving their clients a wide range of drinks to enjoy on a daily basis.

Solution

All floors have their own coffee bars where everything is complimentary and Billi is proud to feature on each floor, offering pure water to keep the clients hydrated throughout the year.

Us&Co chose our popular Quadra Sparkling for all their teapoints including the bar on the top floor. They have also taken out the Billi Gold Maintenance Plan, a planned maintenance agreement covering servicing and filter replacement.
