We started the event with a brief introduction to Billi, and discussed the important milestones since Billi’s foundation in 1989. Our sales team explained the fundamentals of Billi’s unique heat-exchange technology, which maximises use of surplus by-product heat generated from the compressor, regenerating it efficiently, they then moved onto ‘How to specify’ to find the best product.
We discussed the savings that can be made by switching to a Billi systems, by comparing the cost of powering the Billi systems to the cost used by the most popular, boiling water appliance – the kettle. Through our energy report, we showcased how a company can reduce energy costs from 42p per day, to 10p per day by replacing a kettle with a Billi system.
Afterwards, we had a short break to re-fuel with some delicious food and drink, whilst our guests explored the full range of colours and finishes.
The workshop continued with an insightful presentation on installation requirements, led by Billi’s field service engineer, Pat, who discussed the power, water, and drainage requirements, as well as how to set the settings to suit the individuals’ needs.
Our guests had an opportunity to hear about the new finishes for 2017, which are: platinum, gun metal grey, brushed rose gold, brushed brass, florentine bronze, and brushed gold. These finishes will be available for UK customers from May 2017.
To make the most out of this education session, we split the group into smaller groups to allow guests ask specific queries, and discuss a variety of topics with the relevant members of staff.
We really enjoyed the workshop, and found the conversations really inspiring. With the feedback we have received so far, we are already working on our next event, which will be at the end of June 2017. However, if you can’t wait until then, visit us at our London showroom between 8am-5pm on Monday to Friday, or book a face-to-face appointment with a member of the Billi team online.
