It’s a simple and hassle-free process. Reach out to one of our Billi Experts to find out which system is right for you. Once you have chosen, we will send out a rental agreement to sign. Subject to a credit check, once we have the returned document our onboarding team will be in touch to arrange the site survey and installation of your brand new Billi tap.
Once installed, our team will schedule bi-annual visits throughout the rental agreement to service your tap and make any necessary adjustments. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, skilled engineers will swiftly attend to repair the system. The rental fee is conveniently paid through a monthly invoice when the agreement is signed.

Are you looking for a shorter subscription term? Billi offers a flexible model ideal for clients with short-term building leases.
Billi Flex is similar to renting, with a fixed monthly cost for budget certainty. All repairs and maintenance are included. It’s a rolling agreement with a 60-day notice period. You’ll, however, have to pay a small installation and uninstallation fee, but the flexibility allows you to control your costs.
