Our Client Care Team consists of a large group of extensively trained and certified service staff who are always available to offer fast and reliable after-sales service. They are responsible for providing and maintaining Billi units, as well as filter replacements and servicing on other products. All filter changes and service work are carried out only by authorised service personnel.
