Challenge – a reliable boiling and chilled filtered water system
As a part of a large refurbishment of two outdated 1980’s office buildings separated by a large open courtyard, their new European Headquarters were looking for an efficient, reliable and stylish instant boiling and chilled water system. As the offices are spread across several floors, accommodating a large number of people was the key requirement.

The company approached us with a clear requirement for an energy-efficient and reliable boiling and chilled system with a sleek design to match their contemporary break out areas.
They have selected our popular plus systems, Billi Quadra Plus 15 XL, combining boiling, and chilled filtered water through the XL Levered Tap in Chrome and hot and cold water from a Gooseneck Sink Mixer Tap in Chrome. To enable bottle filling, they also extended the height of the XL Levered Taps with additional 120mm risers.
The project was co-ordinated with Elliott Wood Partnership & Morey Smith Limited.
To ensure the Billi systems are maintained and serviced regularly, we have provided a training to the facilities team on how to replace filters along with the first-time responder course, giving them flexibility to schedule their own inspection sessions.
The Result
I have used Billi Taps in the past and based on the previous experience, I was pleased to choose these systems for our brand new offices in London. We were looking for a reliable product that also fits within the new and modern style office space. As we have a large team spread across several floors, we required a water system to cater for a large number of employees. Very pleased with the level of service we have received so far.
