East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and supports their families. The family centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.
The hospices aren’t just about end of life care; they’re often very happy and fun places, where young people can live life to their full potential. They are places where families feel safe, at home and where they can spend quality time together; enabling parents to be parents not caregivers. When time is short, we help families make the most of their precious time together and create memories that last forever.
“We are very thankful for every donation that we receive. Billi’s donation of £500 will go towards helping continue our care and support service for children and young people with life threatening conditions and their families across Norfolk, thank you Billi!” Caroline Allen, EACH
The £500 was raised through donating £1 for every Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey completed by our customers. A Net Promoter Score is a number between -100 and 100 with higher numbers suggesting that a business is thriving, has happy customers, and is able to keep them loyal with good service. Although research suggests it is very difficult to gain a score of over 60. Billi currently has a brilliant NPS score of 72 and we want to achieve even higher scores in the future.

“We are extremely pleased to support such a fantastic charity and hope it can go a little way to supporting a child and their family members. We also want to thank all of our customers who completed the survey and helped contribute to raising the final total.” Dario Palumbo, Billi UK.
